RE:QWEST'S TARIFF ADVICE NO. 04-05-, REQUESTING A WORD
CHANGE TO ITS EXCHANGE AND NETWORK SERVICES TARIFF
FOR NORTHERN IDAHO.
On August 13 2004 Qwest filed its tariff advice requesting Commission authorization to
revise its Exchange and Network Services Tariff for Northern Idaho. Specifically, the Company
is asking that the phrase "from the forwarding switch" be added to clarify what may happen
when unique and different call routing choices are made by the customer. This situation could
occur when the customer opts to redirect calls to an intra/interLA T A exchange telephone
number.
Staff has reviewed the filing and finds it reasonable and without any revenue impacts for
the company. Staff recommends approval.
