NO. ID-04-04 TO ADD A SPECIAL CONDITION FOR SIGNAL GRADE
CHANNEL SERVICE.
On August 12 2004, Citizens Telecommunications Company of Idaho filed Tariff
Advice No. ID-04-04. This filing seeks to sustain the intended use of Signal Grade Channels in
the Intraexchange Private Line Service Tariff for meter reading only. The Company proposes
the discontinuance of the current AC/DC power signaling capabilities with special provisioning
of circuits to allow for the use of Company-approved transmission signaling devices. The
Company requests an effective date of September 12, 2004.
ST AFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff has reviewed the Company s filing and supports the provisioning of special
condition for Signal Grade Channel service with Company-approved transmission signaling
devices.
