Rules for Utilties Regulated by the Idaho Public Utilties Commission (Docket No. 31-1 101 -I 10 i) and IDAPA
3 i. 71.03 - Rules Pertining To The Railroad Safety and Accident Reporting Rules (Docket No. 31-7 i 03- 1101).
Both sets of rules make date changes to bring modem codes and federal regulations into the PUC's administ-
tive rules. It appea both rules have been promulgated within the scope of statutory authority granted to thePublic Utilties Commission.
