It has been brought to our attention that since the commencement of your operations in Idaho, the Idaho Public Utilities Commission has yet to receive any accident reports as required by the Commission’s Railroad Accident Reporting Rules.  I have enclosed a copy of these rules for your convenience.
This is to request that you send a copy of all past reports and continue to submit monthly reports in a timely manner.  Failure to file such reports can result in a formal complaint action against your Company.
