Following yesterday’s filing of the State of Idaho’s Protest and Request for Public Use Condition in the above referenced docket, it was discovered that “Protest Exhibit 2” was inadvertently omitted from the Protest. This Exhibit is mentioned on pages 22 and 23 of the Protest. Enclosed for filing is an original and ten copies of Protest Exhibit 2.
