Gentlemen:

I have set up a conference call for Tuesday morning, May 2, 2000 at noon Eastern, 11:00 a.m. Central, 10:00 a.m. Mountain, and 9:00 a.m. Pacific to discuss the current status of the abandonment case. During the conference call, I anticipate updating you on my conversation with the Railroad’s attorney in Washington, D.C., John Heffner. In addition, I anticipate that we will discuss initial strategy, introduce Paul Wyatt, and discuss the Parson-Brinkloff’s [sic] bridge maintenance estimates.

Joe, if you want to advise Dick McDonald of our conference call then Dick might be able to participate if he is available.
