Dear Joe,

Pursuant to our telephone conversation last week, I have enclosed for your review and signature several amendments to our contract for technical services dated February 17, 2000. I have generally extended the length of the contract, the amount of compensation, and the scope of work to cover the STB phase of the Camas Prairie proceeding.
