Dear Joe,

Again, let me thank you for the fine job you did last Monday evening at the Public Utilities Commission’s hearing in Craigmont. I know that you (and I) were tired but you held up fine.

I have attached for your review the letter that I drafted to send Heffner concerning the outstanding discovery responses. I have included those interrogatories that you sent me last week. Do they sufficiently address your concern about Camas Prairie being able to submit actual revenue and expense data without providing it to us?

As the fiscal year 2000 comes to a close, my fiscal officer wanted me to ask if L.E. Peabody could submit a bill for reimbursement for your expenses to date. That way, we can use money from the current fiscal year instead of waiting past July 1, 2000.
