Upon your return to Chicago, you will find enclosed copies of several letters that I have recently sent to Ed Morse and Joe Plaistow. In addition, I have also included for your review and information the transcript of Joe’s direct and cross-examination testimony at the PUC hearing. As you will note in my letters to Joe and to Ed Morse, I have suggested that if their verified statements take positions that are different from their testimonies at the PUC hearing, then they should state the reasons for the differences between their PUC testimonies and their verified statements.

Finally, I have enclosed for your information a legible copy of the newspaper article regarding the PUC hearing.
