Pursuant to our telephone conversation today, I have enclosed several documents for your information and review. First, I have enclosed a section of a right-of-way map showing you the exact size of the “legend.” Although I expect that the clarity of the legend is degraded by the facsimile transmission, I think you can appreciate why we were not able to decipher the legend. When the right-of-way maps are ready, please send a copy to me and Ed Morse via Fed Ex and my Fed Ex number is 1156-4264-2. Also attached is a copy of the Public Utilities Commission’s Request for Oral Hearing. I have also enclosed a copy of the Idaho State Bar Commission’s Rule 222 regarding limited admission/pro hac vice. The application for limited admission is contained on the second page. You may want to discuss this Rule with Mike McNichols. Finally, I have enclosed a copy of the Commission’s Rules of Procedure.
