Gentlemen:

I have set up our conference call for Thursday morning March 23, 2000 at 9:30 Mountain (10:30 Central, 11:30 Eastern) time. To access the conference call, you must dial [phone] and the participant code is: 792146.

During the conference call, I expect that we will update Tom McFarland on our observations of the track and structures on the Grangeville line, discuss the Idaho Department of Transportation’s response to the draft Environmental and Historical Report, other developments here in Idaho, the tentative date for the PUC hearing, and determine what comes next.

As of today, I have not received Camas Prairie’s Notice of Intent to File. I suspect that Camas Prairie may be taking a little more time putting together its Application given the growing interest in the abandonment proceeding.
