A copy of the notice is attached for your review. It appears that the Notice was served upon the shippers on the Grangeville line via first class mail. As indicated in the Notice, Camas Prairie is now obligated to provide interested persons with certain information or documents within their possession (see pages 2 and 6). For example, parties may request copies of property deeds, right-of-way maps, bridge engineering reports, net liquidation value of the line, and the annual subsidy necessary to keep the line in operation. In addition, it may be appropriate for persons interested in commenting or protesting the abandonment to begin drafting their verified statements. If you have any questions, please call me at (208) 334-0312. Sincerely yours, Donald L. Howell, II Deputy Attorney General Enclosures Vld/L:CamasPrairiefiling_dh
