authorities of the State of Idaho. To the extent that such statistics contain allocations to the
state, which are in part the result of arbitrary separations or proration, The Burlington
Northern and Santa Fe Railway Company and Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corporation do
not accept such allocations as reflecting actual operating results for the aforementioned state
and reserve the right to challenge such results in any proceeding in which they may be
utilized.
