RE:QWEST TARIFF CLARIFYING APPICABLE CHARGES FOR PBX
TRUNKS WITH DID SERVICE; ADVICE NO. 04-02-
On March 31 , 2004, Qwest filed a tariff advice for South Idaho proposing changes to
clarify that customers ordering PBX trunks with hunting for DID under Section 5.1 of the
Tariff also must purchase DID service from Section 5.3.4 of the Tariff. Qwest requested an
effective date of May 25 2004.
STAFF ANALYSIS
The proposed changes do not involve a change in current procedures, requirements or
charges, but simply cross-reference the two linked services.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Commission approve this Advice.
