Proposed Changes to the ldaho Public Utilities Commission's Rules of
Procedure
Dear Ms. Jewell:
ldaho Power Company ("ldaho Powe/') appreciates the opportunity to comment
on the proposed changes to the ldaho Public Utilities Commission's ("Commission")
Rules of Procedure (IDAPA 31.01.01). ldaho Power has reviewed the aforementioned
Rules of Procedure as well as the Commission Staffs ("Staff') proposed changes to the
rules. Idaho Power also attended and participated in the public workshop on the
negotiated rulemaking on August 21, 2013.
Idaho Power agrees with the changes proposed by Staff and recommends the
Commission adopt the rules as amended.
