THE HEAT ON!-
Dear Commissioners Kjellander, Hansen and Smith,
This Halloween, we re trick-or-treatingto keep the heat
on for Idaho families.
We all know that Idaho winters run longer than
December through February. To protect families from
unfair and dangerous shut-offs, we ask you to extend
the Winter Moratorium and strengthen other customer
protections.
Don t let the utility companies play tricks on us.
Make them play fair and treat us right by
strengthening the shut-offrules!
