Need for Proposed Rulemaking: Remove obsolete or unnecessary references, clarify existing policies, and update credit policies that apply to customers of regulated public utilities.
Proposed Rules Changes (Summary Only): Adds conditions under which utilities may request a deposit, removes restrictions applying to the use of commercial credit records, increases the maximum deposit amount for gas space heating customers, and revises the timeframe during which utilities may terminate service.
