Monsanto Company petitioned to intervene in Case No. PAC-E-20-04 on April 22,
2020, and the Idaho Conservation League petitioned to intervene in Case No. GNR-U-20-03
on April 23, 2020, pursuant to Rules of Procedure 71 through 75 of the Idaho Public Utilities
Commission, IDAPA 31.01.01.071-.075. On April 23, 2020, the Commission consolidated
PAC-E-20-04 with similar cases filed by other Idaho utilities into Case No. GNR-U-20-03.
Order No. 34643.
FINDINGS OF FACT
We find that no party timely opposed these Petitions to Intervene.
We further find that based on the pleadings and other documents filed in this case,
intervention by these parties would serve the purposes of intervention as described by Rule 74
of the Rules of Procedure and should be granted.
O R D E R
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Petition to Intervene filed by Monsanto
Company is hereby granted.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Petition to Intervene filed by the Idaho
Conservation League is hereby granted.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all parties in GNR-U-20-03 serve all papers
hereafter filed in this matter on all parties of record. The Intervenors are represented by the
