PacifiCorp dba Rocky Mountain Power (Company) received the Notice of Application, Order No.
34628, from the Idaho Public Utilities Commission (IPUC) dated April 16, 2020, notifying the
Company of the annual revision to update natural gas price forecasts for the Surrogate Avoided
Resource (“SAR”) method for avoided cost rates for PURPA contracts. The Company has
reviewed the calculation of the new published avoided cost rates and agrees that they are correct.
