On April 25,2018,the Alliance of Western Energy Consumers (AWEC)petitioned to
intervene in this case.No one opposed the AWEC's petition.Having reviewed the record,we
conditionallygrant the AWEC's petition as follows.
FINDINGS
Commission Order 33991 set a March 6,2018 deadline for petitions to intervene.The
AWEC filed its petition to intervene on April 25,2018.The AWEC's petition is,therefore,
untimely.
Untimely petitions to intervene are governed by Rules 71-75,IDAPA 31.01.01.071-
.075.Based on the record,we find that the AWEC has shown good cause for the untimelyfiling,
and that it has a direct and substantial interest in this proceeding and will not undulybroaden the
issues.We thus find it reasonable to grant the AWEC's untimely petition to intervene on the
condition that the AWEC not delay,disrupt,or unduly broaden the issues in this proceeding.We
note that,per Rule 73,the AWEC is bound by all prior orders and notices issued in the case.
ORDER
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the AWEC's petition to intervene is granted on
the conditions specified above.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all parties in this proceeding serve all papers
hereafter filed in this matter on all parties of record.This Intervenor is represented by the following
