Intermountain Gas Company ("lntermountain Gas" or "Company'') respectfully moves
the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission"), under RP 56 and214-215, for an order
approving the settlement stipulation ("Stipulation") filed herewith and closing this case as to
lntermountain Gas. The Stipulation has been executed by Intermountain Gas, Commission Stafl
and the Alliance of Westem Energy Consumers ("Parties"), the only party who intervened as to
Intermountain Gas. The parties agtee that the Stipulation is a fair, just, and reasonable
compromise of their respective positions in this case, and that the Stipulation is in the public
interest.
The Parties do not believe the public interest requires a hearing to consider the issues
presented by this Motion or by the Stipulation, and request that it be processed by Modified
Procedure.
Intermountain Gas therefore respectfully requests that the Commission process the
MoTIoN To APPRoVE SETTLEMENT STIPUT-E.TION - I ORIGINAL
attached Stipulation using Modified Procedure; enter an order approving the Stipulation without
material change or condition on or before June l, 2018; and close the case as to Intermountain
Gas.
