Dear Ms. Hanian:

Please find enclosed clean and legislative copies of Rocky Mountain Power’s Electric Service
Schedule No. 197 – Federal Tax Act Adjustment, along with a copy of the tariff to be stamped and
returned to the Company after approval by the Commission. As part of a settlement in this case,
all of the parties agreed to refund the current tax savings of $6.185 million to customers effective
June 1, 2018. These rates are designed to do that.
