On September 29, 2008, the Commission issued a Notice of Public Workshops and
established a schedule for the processing of the above-entitled case. Order No. 30644. The
public workshops were held on October 14 and 22, 2008. According to the schedule set out in
Order No. 30644, Staffs initial comments were scheduled to be filed by November 14,2008.
On November 17, 2008, Staff fied a motion to extend its deadline for filing
comments. Staff noted that it had been unable to complete its comments by the original deadline
because of overwhelming public turout and paricipation at the workshops. Staff proposed the
following modified schedule:
Staff comments due
Interested paricipants' responses due
Staff final report due
November 26, 2008
December 19,2008
Januar 16, 2009
No objections to the proposed modified schedule have been received by the
Commission.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, with good cause showing, that the schedule for the
processing of this case be modified as set out above.
