The Applìcant is requesting that the application under Case No. AVU-U~08-02 be amended by
increasing the requested amount frOm $150,000,000 to $225,000,000.
On October 8, 2008 the. Applìcant filed an application requesting the authorty to issue up to
$150,000,000 of various debt agreements. Under the current unprictable and volatile market
environment the Applicant is now seeking to Increase that amount to $225,000,000. The added
flexibilty this amendment would give would allow the Applicnt the flexibilty. to access the debt
markets when the opportnity aries.
