MOTION FOR ORDER
TO SHOW CAUSE
Comes now the Commission Staff, by and through its attorney of record, Brad M. Purdy, Deputy Attorney General, and moves the Commission for an Order To Show Cause why Mr. Loren Troyer, dba Sea Breeze Trucking, should not either make himself available for a compliance review by the Commission’s Regulated Carrier Division or be subject to the penalty provisions contained in Title 61, Chapter 7 of the Idaho Code.
This Motion is based upon Rule 12.01 (c) of the Commission’s Motor Carrier Rules, IDAPA 31.61.01.000; Rule 227 of the Commission’s Rules of Procedure, IDAPA 31.01.01.000; Idaho Code § 61-610 and the affidavit of Mr. Robert Horton, filed contemporaneously herewith.
