MOTION TO REVOKE PERMIT
COMES now the Commission Staff, by and through its attorney of record, Brad M. Purdy, Deputy Attorney General, and moves the Commission for an Order revoking Motor Carrier Permit No. 8195 issued to Mr. Loren Troyer dba Sea Breeze Trucking pursuant to Title 61, Chapter 7-8 of the Idaho Code and Order No. 27129 issued by the Commission in this proceeding.
This Motion is further based upon the Commission’s Motor Carrier Rules, IDAPA 31.61.01.000, the Commission’s Rules of Procedure, IDAPA 31.01.01.000, Idaho Code § 61-610, Affidavit of Mr. Robert Horton, and the supporting brief, filed contemporaneously herewith.
