DESIGNATE LISTINGS OF WIRELESS TELEPHONE NUMBERS,

Qwest has filed this tariff advice for its northern Idaho service territory that establishes a
new USOC. This USOC
, "
CLH " will designate listings of wireless telephone companies.
Today, wireless listings are established either as an Additional Listing or a Foreign Listing.
There are no costs associated with this USOC and there are no changes to terms, conditions or
availability.
ST AFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends approval effective October 2003. Does the Commission agree?
