Commission -Proposed Rule (Docket No.31-1101-1701)
The Idaho Public Utilities Commission is proposing to promulgate proposed rules to update and incor-
porate by reference various safety codes used for federal natural gas safety regulations.It appears that the
proposed rules have been promulgated within the scope of statutory authority granted to the Public Utilities
Commission.
