REFLECT A NAME CHANGE FROM NEXTLINK IDAHO, INC.
TO XO IDAHO, INc. IN CASE NO. NTL-03-
On September 9, 1999, the Commission issued Certificate No. 363 in Case No.
GNR-99-1 to NEXTLINK IDAHO, Inc. This Certificate authorized NEXTLINK to provide
local exchange, interexchange and intrastate switched and dedicated access services within the
state ofIdaho. The Commission approved NEXTLINK's Certificate by Order No. 28134 issued
on September 1 , 1999.
In October 2000, the Company changed its name and applied for an Amended Certificate
of Authority with the Idaho Secretary of State s office under File Number C124356. On October
, 2000, the Amended Certificate was granted.
On July 10, 2003, the Commission received a letter from XO requesting that its name be
changed on its Certificate No. 363. In its request the Company states that the name change does
not include a transfer of control or interest and will not result in any change in the manner in
which the Company provides services to its customers. It also states that the name change will
in no way affect the terms, conditions, rights and obligations of franchise, right-of-way,
interconnection or other agreements executed by the Company.
