Judd Cook Bio Judd Cook is Vice President and General Manager of Western Gas Distribution
for Dominion Energy. Cook joined Questar Gas in 1997 as a meter reader. He has held several positions at the utility throughout his career including leadership roles in operations, regulatory affairs, and business development and, for several years, in running an unregulated affiliate company, Questar Fueling. Cook assumed his current role in 2019.
He is active in the American Gas Association’s sustainability committee and is a member of the company’s Veterans Resource Group. Cook is on the executive boards of Envision Utah and World Trade Center Utah. Cook earned a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and Technology and an MBA from
Weber State University.
Cook has strong ties to Utah and the local community.
