In its Order No. 33628 in Case No. QST-G-16-01 (Order), the Idaho Public Utilities Commission (Commission) required Dominion Questar to “notify the Idaho Commission by letter when it files notices, applications, requests, etc., with the Utah PSC.” (Order at pp. 3-4). Accordingly, Dominion Energy respectfully provides notice that it has filed a Pass-Through Application for an Adjustment in
Rates and Charges for Natural Gas Service in Utah, an Application for an Adjustment to the Daily Transportation Imbalance Charge, an Application to Change the Infrastructure Rate Adjustment and an Application to Change the Rural Expansion Rate Adjustment.
