(Commission) required Dominion Questar to “notify the Idaho Commission by letter when it files notices, applications, requests, etc., with the Utah PSC.” (Order at pp. 3-4). Accordingly, Dominion Energy respectfully provides notice that it has filed an Application to Amortize the Conservation Enabling Tariff Balancing Account, an Application to Amortize the Energy Efficiency Deferred
Account Balance, an Application for an Adjustment to the Low Income/Energy Assistance Rate, an Application to Change the Infrastructure Rate Adjustment and an Application for Renewal of the Low-Income Assistance Program Portal.
