In its Order No. 33628 in Case No. QST-G-16-01 (Order), the Idaho Public Utilities Commission (Commission) required “Dominion Questar to notify the Idaho Commission by letter when it files notices, applications, requests, etc., with the Utah PSC.” (Order at pp. 3-4). Accordingly,
Dominion Energy respectfully provides notice that it has filed an Application of Dominion
Energy Utah for Approval of a Special Contract with Snowbird Resort, LLC, an Application of Dominion Energy Utah to Extend Service to Genola, Utah and an Application of Questar Gas Company dba Dominion Energy Utah and Fall West Holdco LLC for Approval of a Partial Corporate Reorganization.
