In its Order No. 33628 in Case No. QST-G-16-01 (Order), the Idaho Public Utilities Commission (Commission) required “Dominion Questar to notify the Idaho Commission by letter when it files notices, applications, requests, etc., with the Utah PSC.” (Order at pp. 3-4). Accordingly,
Dominion Energy respectfully provides notice that it has filed an Annual Calculation of the
Third-Party Billing Rate and Request for Tariff Change, Review of the Carrying Charges Applied to Various Dominion Energy Utah Account Balances and an Application of Dominion Energy Utah for a Change in its Utah Natural Gas Tariff No. 600 to Include the Utility Bill Assistance Program.
