In its Order No. 33628 in Case No. QST-G-16-01 (Order), the Idaho Public Utilities Commission
(Commission) required "Dominion Questar to notifu the Idaho Commission by letter when it files
notices, applications, requests, etc., with the Utah PSC." (Order at pp. 3-4). Accordingly, Dominion
Energy respectfully provides notice that it has filed an Application of Dominion Energy Utah for an
Adjustment to the Low Income Energy Assistance Rate, an Application to Amortize the Energy
Efficiency Deferred Account Balance, an Application to Amortize the Conservation Enabling Tariff
Balance Account, a Pass-Through Application of Dominion Energy Utah for an Adjustment in Rates
and Charges for Natural Gas Service in Utah, an Application for an Adjustment to the Daily
Transportation Imbalance Charge, an Application for Approval of the 2023 Year Budget for Energy
Efficienry Progr:ams and Market Transformation Initiative and an Application for a Waiver of
Utah Admin. Code R746640 to Allow Sharing with Low Income Assistanco Progranr
