Accordingly, Dominion Energy respectfully provides notice that it has filed a Pass-Through Application for an Adjustment in Rates and Charges for Natural Gas Service in Utah, Application for an Adjustment to the Daily
Transportation Imbalance, Application to Change the Infrastructure Rate Adjustment, Application to Amortize the Conservation Enabling Tariff Balancing Account, Application to Amortize the Energy Efficiency Deferred Account Balance, Application to Modify the Sustainable Transportation and Energy Plan Surcharge and an Application for an Adjustment to the Low Income Assistance/Energy
