In its Order No. 33628 in Case No. QST-G-16-01 (Order), the Idaho Public Utilities Commission (Commission) required “Dominion Questar to notify the Idaho Commission by letter when it files
notices, applications, requests, etc., with the Utah PSC.” (Order at pp. 3-4). Accordingly, Dominion Energy respectfully provides notice that it has filed a Motion of Dominion Energy Utah for Approval
to Deviate from Applicable Tariff Provisions and Commission Order Regarding Transportation Service (TS) Customer Deadlines, Request of Dominion Energy Utah to Extend Natural Gas Service
to Goshen and Elberta, Utah, Application of Dominion Energy Utah for an Adjustment to the Daily Transportation Imbalance, Application of Dominion Energy Utah to Account for the Excess Deferred
Income Tax Amortization between January 2019 – March 2020 and a Pass-Through Application of
