Commission (Commission) required "Dominion Questar to notify the Idaho Commission
by letter when it files notices, applications, requests, etc., with the Utah PSC." (Order at
pp. 3-4). Accordingly, Dominion Energy respectfully provides notice that it has filed an
Application for the Pass-Through adjustment in Rates and Charges, Daily Transportation
Imbalance Charge (TIC), Infrastructure Tracker, Conservation Enabling Tariff Balance,
and adjustments to the Low Income Assistance/Energy Assistance Rate. You can review
