In its Order No.33628 in Case No. QS'l-G-16-01 (Order), the Idaho Public Lltilities
Commission (Commission) required "Dominion Questar to notify the Idaho Commission
by letter when it files notices, applications, requests, etc., with the Utah PSC." (Order at
pp. 3-4). Accordingly, Dominion Energy respectfully provides notice that it has filed the
review of the third-party billing rate and the calculation of the carrying charges applied to
various Dominion Energy Utah account balances. You can review these filings and the
