Dear Commissioners:
In its Order No. 33628 in Case No. QST-G-16-01 (Order), the ldaho Public Utilities
Commission (Commission) required "Dominion Questar to notify the Idaho Commission
by letter when it files notices, applications, requests, etc., with the Utah PSC." (Order at
pp. 3-4). Accordingly, Dominion Energy respectfully provides notice that it has filed
testimony in its fall 2017 to support peak hour contracts. Two filings were also made due
to the tax reconciliation act of 2018 that occumed late in 2017. One of the tax-related
filings was filed in the most recent Infrastructure Replacement Tracker filing. The other
filing was made in response to a Commission request to address the issues related to the
tax change. You can review these filings and the dockets at www.psc.utah.gov/.
