On June 22,2015,Questar Gas Company caused to be filed with the Idaho Public
Utilities Commission (Commission)a Motion for the Limited Admission of Jenniffer Nelson
Clark,Esq.in Case No.QST-G-15-01 (reference Idaho Bar Commission Rule 227;IPUC Rules
of Procedure 19 and 43.03).The Motion was signed and attested to by counsel André N.Litster
of Salt Lake City,Utah (Idaho State Bar License No.8106).
In the Motion,Ms.Clark certifies that she is an active member in good standing of
the Utah State Bar who maintains the regular practice of law in Utah.She further declares that
she is not an Idaho resident or licensed to practice law in Idaho,and that she has never been
admitted to practice under IBCR 227.
Ms.Clark and Mr.Litster certify that a copy of the Petition,accompanied by a $325
fee and a certificate of good standing,has been submitted to the Idaho State Bar.Mr.Litster
acknowledges that his attendance shall be required at all Commission proceedings in which Ms.
Clark appears,unless specifically excused by the Commission.
COMMISSION FINDINGS
The Commission has reviewed and considered the Motion for Limited Admission
filed in Case No QST-G-15-0l and the related practice rules and Rules of Procedure,i.e.,Idaho
Bar Commission Rule 227 (Limited Admission —Pro Hac Vice)and Commission Rules of
Procedure 19 and 43.03,IDAPA 3 1.01.01.019 and 043.03.
Based on the filings of record and certified representations of Mr.Litster and Ms.
Clark,we find that reasonable grounds have been demonstrated to justify the granting of limited
admission of Ms.Clark as legal counsel for Questar in Case No.QST-G-15-01.We further find
good reason to excuse the appearance of Mr.Litster in further proceedings in this docket unless
needed by Questar.

CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
The Commission has jurisdiction in Case No,QST-G-15-01 and the Motion for
Limited Admission filed by André N.Litster and Jenniffer Nelson Clark,applying counsel,
pursuant to Idaho Code,Title 61,and the Commission’s Rules of Procedure,31.01.01.000 etseq.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED and Jenniffer Nelson Clark is hereby granted limited
admission in Case No.QST-G-15-O1 as legal counsel for the applicant,Questar Gas Company.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the attendance of André N.Litster is excused from
all further proceedings in Case No.QST-G-15-01 unless needed by Questar Gas Company.
