Dear Commissioners:
Pursuant to Utah Administrative Code Section R746-700-l (B) and the Order
Memorializing Bench Ruling Approving Settlement Stipulation in Docket No. 16-057-01
dated September 14,2016, Questar Gas Company dba Dominion Energy Utah (Dominion
Energy) submits its notice of intent to file a general rate case on or after July 1, 2019.
This notice will be served on all of the parties who participated in Dominion Energy's
last prior general rate case.
