TELECOMMUNICATIONS CARRIERS.
CASE NOS. GNR-03-8 AND GNR-03-16.
On July 31, 2003 , counsel for Clear Talk, N extel Partners, Citizens Telecommunications
ofIdaho, the Idaho Telephone Association, Project Mutual Telephone Cooperative Association, Inc.
and the Commission Staff met at the offices of the Commission as directed by Commission Order
No. 29292 in order to establish a schedule for this joint proceeding.! The parties have agreed upon
the following proposed schedule for this case and request that the Commission accept or adopt it.
September 2, 2003 Deadline for Applicants Clear Talk and Nextel
Partners to file prefiled direct testimony and
exhibits
October 15, 2003 Deadline for all Intervenors and Commission
Staff to file prefiled direct testimony
November 17, 2003 Deadline for Applicants to file prefiled
rebuttal testimony
December 9-11, 2003 9:30 A.M. Evidentiary Hearing
The parties request that the Commission schedule the evidentiary hearing for three days
due to the number of witnesses they anticipate will testify in this joint proceeding.

DECISION MEMORANDUM
The parties have also agreed that the standard time period to object or respond to
discovery requests should apply, as set forth in Commission Rule of Procedure 225., with the
exception that Clear Talk and Nextel Partners have agreed to file any final discovery requests on or
before October 20 2003. !twas also agreed that any party served with anyfmal Clear Talk or Nextel
Partners' discovery request shall answer on or before November 10 2003.
