AUTHORITY TO MODIFY THE COMPANY'S FRONTIER CHOICES
SERVICE OFFERING TO OFFER A NON-RECURRING CREDIT OF
$10.00; EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 1, 2003.
BACKGROUND
On July 29, 2003, Citizens Telecommunications Company ofIdaho submitted an
electronic filing requesting Commission authorization to modify its existing Frontier Choices
service offering. Frontier Choices is a bundle of services offered by Citizens.
DISCUSSION
When a Frontier Choices plan is ordered, the Company proposes to offer a $10.
credit per line for each line on which the plan is ordered. The credit per line is to be applied at
the same time as an installation or move of Local Exchange Service is requested by the
Customer.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff has reviewed the filing and recommends Commission Approval.
COMMISSION DECISION
Does the Commission wish to approve Citizen s Frontier Choices plan to become
effective September 1 , 2003?
