Dear Ms. Barrios-Sanchez:

Intermountain is submitting the following supplemental information in compliance with the
Commission’s Order No. 35835 in Case No. INT-G-23-02 requesting authority to issue and sell up
to $50 million of unsecured notes, with maturity dates ranging from five to forty years.

After its December 5, 2023 filing, the Company received the final invoices for legal fees which
were estimated in its previous filing. Below are the updated costs and expenses in connection with
this Note Purchase Agreement:
Agent Fees $100,970.96
Legal Fees 62,661.55
Total $163,632.51
