Dear Ms. Noriyuki:

On June 2, 2023, Intermountain Gas Company (“Intermountain”) submitted an electronic filing of
its Application for Authority to Issue Short-Term Securities. In that filing, Intermountain indicated
that it would hand deliver the check related to the IPUC Issuance Fee of $1,000. Due to internal
miscommunication, that check was mailed directly to the Idaho Public Utilities Commission. The
Company’s records indicate that the check was cashed today, June 6, 2023.
