NOTICE OF AMENDED COMMENT
DEADLINES

ORDER NO. 35818

On May 5, 2023, Intermountain Gas Company (“Company”) filed Tariff Advice No. 23-
02 proposing a revision to General Service Provisions, Section C, Sheet 3. The Company requested
the update become effective June 5, 2023.
On May 30, 2023, the Commission issued a Notice of Application and Notice of Modified
Procedure setting a June 15, 2023, public comment deadline and a June 29, 2023, Company reply
deadline. Order No. 35793.
At the Commission’s June 8, 2023, Decision Meeting, Staff represented that on May 26,
2023, Staff sent its First Production Requests with six requests to the Company. Staff requested an
expedited response time of June 2, 2023. On June 2, 2023, the Company’s counsel emailed Staff’s
counsel indicating it would not be able to meet Staff’s expedited response timeline for the First
Production Requests as requested. Staff noted that due to the slight delay in receiving responses to
its First Production Requests, it would need more time than currently allowed by Order No. 35793
to review the Company’s responses and file comments.
The Commission now issues this Notice of Amended Comment Deadlines setting new
deadlines for public comments and the Company’s reply.
NOTICE OF AMENDED COMMENT DEADLINES
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Commission finds it reasonable to extend the
public comment and Company reply deadlines to allow Staff and the Company additional time to
file comments and reply comments.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that any person desiring to state a position on the
Company’s Tariff Advice No. 23-02, must file a written comment in support or opposition with
the Commission by June 26, 2023.

YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the Company must file any reply comments by
July 7, 2023.
O R D E R
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that persons interested in submitting written comments must
do so by June 26, 2023. The Company must file any reply comments by July 7, 2023.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that parties comply with Order No. 35375, issued April 21,
2022. Generally, all pleadings should be filed with the Commission electronically and will be
deemed timely filed when received by the Commission Secretary. See Rule 14.02. Service between
parties should continue to be accomplished electronically when possible. However, voluminous
discovery-related documents may be filed and served on CD-ROM or a USB flash drive.
