Intermountain is submitting the following information in compliance with the Commission’s Order No.
35657 in Case No. INT-G-22-09 requesting authority to secure an additional $125 million in short-term
securities.

On January 20, 2023, Intermountain entered into a Term Loan Agreement for $125 million, with a
termination date of January 19, 2024.

Below are the costs and expenses in connection with this Revolving Credit Agreement:

Agent and Upfront Fees $316,031.25
Legal Fees 29,950.00
Total $345,981.25
