Comment: "I understand that the price of natural gas increased for a short period of time in 2022. However, wholesale spot prices have since declined to about where prices were in the
fall fo 2021. Perhaps a temporary increase is indicated to recover these temporary cost increases, but certainly nothing permanent. Of Intermountain Gas did a better job of hedging
needed purchases, these increases woudl not be needed."
