BACKGROUND
On December 1,2022,Intermountain Gas Company ("IntermountainGas"or
"Company"),applied to the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission")for authority to
increase its rates and charges for natural gas service in the State of Idaho effective January 1,
2023.
STAFF ANALYSIS
On June 30,2023,the Commission issued Order No.35836 approving a settlement
agreed upon by the Company,Staff,AWEC,and ICL.The Settlement gives the Company an
increased revenue requirement of $3.05 million and a corresponding across-the-board increase
for all customer classes.After receiving Order No.35836,the Company submitted updated
tariffs reflecting the rates approved by the Order.Staff has reviewed the Company's updated
tariffs effective July 1,2023,and confirmed they are in compliance with the terms of the
settlement stipulation approvedby Commission Order No.35836.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Commission approve the Company's tariffs and schedules
approved through Commission Order No.35836,filed on June 30,2023,with an effective date
of July 1,2023.
